// Melbourne-based psytrance DJ delivering progressive, full on, forest and dark journeys for the dancefloor. 🎧🌌 //

Liam Cahill, known artistically as Psybernet, is a Melbourne, Australia–based psytrance DJ with over 11 years immersed in the psychedelic trance scene.^1 Starting out as a self-taught DJ driven by a deep love of psychedelic beats, he later refined his craft under the guidance of established DJs from September 2024 onward, further sharpening his technical skills and dancefloor intuition.^1

Psybernet is a member of Tuna Factory Records, representing a sound that spans progressive psy, full on psy, night time full on, forest and darkpsy, with sets that emphasise high energy, tight mixing and narrative flow.^1 His productions and DJ sets—under both Psybernet and his related alias Derivative—appear on platforms such as SoundCloud, where he showcases original tracks and long-form mixes that explore the full spectrum of modern psytrance.^2 (soundcloud.com in Bing)

Beyond his work behind the decks, Psybernet is the driving force behind Euphoria, a psytrance event concept focused on community, immersive sound and carefully curated lineups.^1 Euphoria highlights both local and international talent, positioning Psybernet not only as a DJ but also as an event curator who actively shapes the regional psytrance ecosystem. His stated aim is to create unforgettable experiences that connect people through the “universal language of music,” a philosophy reflected in his programming and performance style.^1

Recent activity includes featured mixes such as FERAL presents “Psybernet” – Dimensional Time Space psy mix, as well as recorded live sets from events like Bash 4 Palooza and Euphoria editions, underscoring his growing presence within the Australian psytrance circuit.^2 (youtube.com in Bing)^4 (soundcloud.com in Bing) Visual collaborations like the “Energized” psytrance visual journey on YouTube further extend his work into multimedia, pairing high-energy full-on sounds with psychedelic visual art.^3 (youtube.com in Bing) 🌈
